While taking a walk in our gardens early in the mornings, you might be surprised by the hummingbirds or butterflies as they are attracted to the various flowers and small trees we’ve planted.
Our gardener takes care of the surroundings when the season changes to dry weather. Suriname is known for its Tropical climate where there are four seasons: minor rainy season from early December to early February, minor dry season from early February to late April, major rainy season from late April to mid-August and major dry season from mid-August to early December.

As everyone is aware of Global Warming, our architects designed the pathways in such a manner that when there is rainfall, water irrigates the plants automatically and naturally. One would even think to live in a botanical space. The air that you breathe is one of Suriname’s typical tropical freshness.
We encourage all our residents to spend time outdoors to exercise, relax at the pool, or just enjoy the views of sunset.
